Salt and Honey Cooking LLC, Client Services Agreement 
Thank you for selecting Salt and Honey Cooking LLC as your personal chef service. My goal is to provide you with delicious, fresh and customized meals tailored to your personal desires. Together, we have completed a consultation/communication in order to assess your wants, needs and preferences and created an agreed-upon menu.
Salt and Honey Cooking LLC is a professional chef service owned and operated by Chef Sophie Peck. With respect to all parties involved this business policy statement is furnished to clients so they are aware of how this business operates. We spend a great amount of energy and time planning, customizing, communicating and executing these food services. Please be aware by using this website and booking any service with Salt and Honey Cooking Personal Chef Services you are agreeing to our terms of service. We do not offer any refunds for services purchased. If you have any questions please inquire before your purchase. 
Booking Services: The client agrees to pay the price agreed upon in the Salt and Honey invoice. Your service date(s) are booked on the Chef’s calendar when 50% payment is received. The remaining 50% of payment is received on the day of the event. 
Changes / Cancellations: Salt and Honey Cooking requires 7 days advance notification of any change in service dates or cancellations. If 7 days’ notice is not provided there will be no refunds.
​Salt and Honey Cooking arrives in the morning of the day of the event with all groceries and necessary kitchen equipment. Meals are served at the agreed upon time. Salt and Honey Cooking stays until all areas, equipment, and servingware has been cleaned. The client is expected to provide a clean and empty kitchen area upon the chef's arrival with a proper garbage can, running water, and properly working refrigerator, oven and stove.
​Salt and Honey Cooking agrees to • Be dressed in appropriate attire. • Clean the affected areas of the kitchen during and after the cooking session. • Handle and store fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood appropriately. • Respect your privacy and property. • Provide confidentiality between the chef and you. • Provide advance notice of any unforeseen cancellation by the chef. • Upon our departing from your kitchen, ensure that the kitchen is left as clean as it was upon arrival. •
